Poke

Poke, Hawaiian style raw fish salad, was created by local fishermen when they began seasoning the off-cuts of their catch to eat as a midday snack. The JUA version uses freshly caught yellowfin tuna, creamy sriracha, tobiko and scallions. Pure Polynesian comfort food.
